Detailed Day Wise Itinerary

 

  • Day: 1 Delhi Arrival

    On your arrival at Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi, you will receive a hearty welcome from our representatives. After that, you will be transferred to your booked posh hotel where you will relax and unwind for the entire day.
     
  • Day: 2 A Day in Delhi for City Tour

    After completing your breakfast early in the morning, you will be taken out for a guided city tour spanning all the major tourist sites of Old and New Delhi. Among the sightseeing spots, you will witness the famous India Gate, Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Qutub Minar, Humayun Tomb, Birla Mandir, Connaught Place, President House, etc. You can also go for the Sound and Light show at Red Fort in the evening and on coming back take rest in your luxurious hotel in the city.
     
  • Day: 3 Delhi / Srinagar ( By Flight )

    On relishing your breakfast in the morning, you will be escorted to the airport from the hotel for boarding your flight for Srinagar. On your arrival in Srinagar, you will be taken to the houseboat, which will be your new luxurious accommodation for the coming days. Enjoy your lazy afternoon with several leisurely activities followed by a Shikara ride on the charming Dal Lake during the evening hours. At night, slide into a pleasant sleep in your comfy houseboat.
     
  • Day: 4 Srinagar Sightseeing Tour

    Post breakfast, you will start your day for a half-day sight-seeing tour. At first you can explore the famous Mughal Gardens namely Shalimar Bagh (abode of love) and Nishat Bagh (garden of pleasure). After your tour you will be again moved to your houseboat for sumptuous lunch. In the evening you will have the opportunity the take a Shikara ride again on the charming Dal Lake. Later on enjoy a pleasurable night stay in the house boat.
     
  • Day: 5 Srinagar / Gulmarg / Srinagar ( 51 Kms - 02 Hrs )

    On completion of your morning breakfast, you will be taken to the fascinating valley of Gulmarg which is extremely popular for its beauty and charm. This valley is known as the highest skiing destination and for it famous golf site will welcome you for the day. Later, after enjoying the world-famous thrilling Cable car ride (Gondola) from Gulmarg to Khalinmarg, you will be guided back to your houseboat for a delightful overnight stay.
     
  • Day: 6 Sonamarg / Kargil ( 125 Kms - 3.5 Hrs )

    You will be served with a delightful breakfast and after savoring on that you will begin your journey for Kargil. On the way, Sonamarg, a lovely village located at a height of 2740 meters, will be your first halt. After witnessing the picaresque view of Sonmarg, your next destination would be Zojila Pass, located at an elevation of 3527 meters. Crossing Zojila Pass also connoted as the Gateway of Ladakh, you will reach Drass which will be your next stop for getting some refreshments. There you will also have to go through some passport formalities. The day’s journey will be over as soon as you reach the height of 2710 meter after two and a half hours and check into the lavish pre-booked hotel.
     
  • Day: 7 Kargil / Leh ( 215 Kms - 05 Hr )

    The seventh day has a hectic schedule as you have to leave for Leh early morning after breakfast. You will be traveling through three passes, among which the Mulbek, a Buddhist village will be the first point where the topmost point Fotulan pass (4166 meters) will welcome you. Next, you will be guided to the Lamayuru Monastery counted among the oldest monasteries before lunchtime. The Nimu village close to Zanskar River will be your next stop after which you will reach Leh sited on a height of 3500 meters. Check into a cozy hotel to spend the night in Leh.
     
  • Day: 8 Leh Sightseeing Tour

    The morning in Leh will be an evergreen memory where you will enjoy several leisure activities and spend personal moments. Later, during the afternoon you will visit Spituk, Phyang and Shanker Gompa. At night you will be reverted back to the hotel to spend the night.
     
  • Day: 9 Leh - Khardongla Pass - Leh

    After having food, you will be directed to Khardungla pass, the world’s highest motorable route (5600 meters) for a whole day guided tour. The icy peaks and eye-pleasing greenery of this place will surely magnetize you. After enjoying the beauty, you will have to return to the hotel in Leh by evening and pack your belongings for your onward journey back to Delhi the next day.
     
  • Day: 10 Leh / Delhi - Departure ( By Flight )

    On the last day of the trip, you will be transferred to Leh airport for Delhi bound flight. After getting back to Delhi you will have to take flight for your respective destinations. And with this, your tour of Kashmir and Ladakh will come to an end leaving behind treasured memories.
