How to Get to the Andaman Islands

There are two main ways to get to the Andaman Islands: by air or by sea.

By Air:

Port Blair, the capital of the Andaman Islands, is well-connected by flights from major Indian cities like Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Visakhapatnam. The airport you'll land at is the Veer Savarkar International Airport.

By Sea:

If you're up for a sea adventure, you can also take a ship to reach the islands. Ships depart from Chennai, Visakhapatnam, and Kolkata and take about 60-70 hours to get to Port Blair. There are 3-4 sailings each month, so you'll need to plan accordingly.
