North India Yoga and Meditation Tour

Day 01 : Arrival Delhi / Haridwar / Rishikesh ( 250 Kms / 6.5 hrs )

When you arrive at Delhi Indira Gandhi International Airport you will be greeted with an Indian traditional welcome to make you feel special. From there you will directly set off for Rishikesh. In the way you will stop at Haridwar to visit renowned places like Bharat Mata Temple, Sapt Sarivar, Sapt Rishi Ashram and Sati Kund, Har ki Pauri and Bara Bazaar. After this wonderful city tour you will again resume your journey to Rishikesh. On your arrival you can directly check in to your pre-booked hotel room and relax for the night.

Day 02 : Rishikesh

Next day during early morning, you will be provided with a refreshing yoga and meditation session by our experienced trainers. Following the rejuvenating session, you will be taken to a spiritual tour around the city. Here you will visit famous places like Swarg Ashram, Ram Jhula, Laxman Jhula, Triveni Ghat, and Bharat Mandir. In the evening you can refresh yourself with another session of yoga and meditation and then relax for the rest of the day.

Day 03 : Rishikesh / Rudraprayag ( 140 Kms / 3.5 hrs )

After a rejuvenating session of yoga and meditation in the morning you will be served with a healthy breakfast. Next, you will leave for Rudraprayag by road and again come back to Rishikesh by evening. Relax for some time after returning to hotel and then refresh yourself with another session of yoga and meditation. Enjoy your dinner and sleep peacefully in your hotel rooms.

Day 04 : Rudraprayag

Like rest of the days you will enjoy an interesting session of yoga and meditation classes in the morning. After having breakfast you will be escorted for a city tour where you will visit Guptakashi and Koteshwar Mahadev Temple. You will also visit the local markets and get to know about the lives of people at Rudraprayag. In the evening you will go through another session of yoga and meditation. Spend the night in your room in peace.

Day 05 : Rudraprayag / Joshimath ( 115 Kms / 3.5 hrs )

Freshen up your mind and body with the yoga and meditation session followed by a delicious breakfast for you to enjoy. After breakfast you will be driven to Joshimath. On reaching there you need to get freshened up and then go to the Adi Guru Shankaryacharya Temple. You can relax for the rest of the day after the evening session of yoga and meditation. Take pleasure of your overnight stay at hotel.

Day 06 : Joshimath

You will start your day with the refreshing yoga and meditation classes. Next, enjoy the healthy breakfast offered by the hotel staffs and set off for a day tour to visit places like Kalpavriksha and Narsingh temple. In the afternoon you will experience an exciting excursion to places like Govindghat and Ghangaria. You will be driven back to your hotel by evening. Spend the rest of night in your hotel rooms after the yoga and meditation session provided to you during the evening hours. Sleep tight at night.

Day 07 : Joshimath / Auli ( 20 Kms / 35 Minute )

Start a new day with the interactive yoga and meditation classes followed by a healthy platter for your breakfast. After breakfast you will be taken to Auli which is considered to be the one of the most beautiful and peaceful hill stations of North India. You can check in immediately when you arrive and can enjoy the scenic beauty of the place. Returning back to hotel attend the refreshing yoga and meditation class for getting rejuvenated. Relax for the rest of the night and have a silent sleep in your hotel room.

Day 08 : Auli ( Free at Leisure )

After having an interactive yoga session and a good breakfast you can freely move around the city for the day. Enjoy the picturesque view of Auli or visit the local markets to buy stuffs for your near ones. In the evening you will attend the meditation and yoga classes and relax for the night in your room.

Day 09 : Auli / Rudraprayag ( 125 Kms / 2.5 hrs )

With the completion of early morning session of yoga and breakfast, you will be driven back to Rudraprayag. You can check in immediately after your arrival and enjoy the beauty of the place for the rest of the day. Take a nap and relax your mind and body for the night after the rejuvenating yoga session in the evening.

Day 10 : Rudraprayag / Rishikesh ( 140 Kms / 3.5 hrs )

Freshen up your day with the morning session of yoga and breakfast and then you will be driven back to Rishikesh. Check in after arrival and you are free to enjoy the day all by yourself. After the yoga and meditation session enjoy a peaceful sleep at the hotel.

Day 11 : Rishikesh / Delhi ( 250 Kms / 6.5 hrs ) - Departure

Enjoy the delicious breakfast platter served at hotel and then drive to the airport to board your flight for onward destination. You tour will get over here, but the memories of our North India Yoga and Meditation Tour will refresh your mind and body time and again.
